Refund Policy

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at admin@dd3.com.au within 10 days from receipt of purchase that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

 

Please note however there is NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS.

 

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

 A major failure is when the item:

· has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it;

· is unsafe;

· is significantly different from the sample or description;

· does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

 

If the problem is not major, we will either replace the item or repair it within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. If you believe there is a problem with the item you purchased, please return it to DD3 PTY LTD with proof of purchase. We will need to assess the item to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If the product has been assessed and found to be not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, DD3 PTY LTD has the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or exchange.

 

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.  DD3 PTY LTD will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Should the return or exchange occur due to a fault by us then all postage costs will paid for byDD3 . Return mailing address: DD3, PO Box 483, Freshwater NSW 2096, Australia. Return address for surf craft only: 5/4 Craftsmen avenue, Berkerleyvale NSW 2261, Australia.

 

SHIPPING All orders excluding any surf craft are processed and shipped via Australian Post within 1-2 business days. · Standard Shipping via Regular Parcel Post. No signature on delivery. Tracking available. 3 - 7 business days for delivery. · Express Shipping via Express Post. No signature on delivery. Tracking available. 2 - 5 business days for delivery.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All orders excluding any surf craft are processed and shipped via Australian Post International Parcel within 1-2 business days. Prices and delivery vary depending on location.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES  DD3 PTY LTD is not responsible for any local Customs duties or taxes placed on international orders. Prior to making an international purchase, please check with your local postal or Customs authority. We must declare full monetary value of your purchase.
